Well hello and welcome to my Blog..I,am Martin Sheargold and I've been a piano tuner for most of my life. Tuning pianos all over Surrey and South East of England. You will have to forgive me if I make any mistakes with this as I'm very new to this blogging and will try to do my best!!

ReplyDeleteWe've been given a piano but it is in quite poor condition and I wondered whether it is even going to be worth repairing. There are around 16 keys that have lost half their ivory and two keys don't play, one of the hammers has broken on one and the hammer on the other doesn't hit the right place. The other keys also need cleaning as they have been drawn on and had stickers stuck to them and it would need tuning as well. What do you think?
